Hi all,

I don't have any experience with bees, but I've very interested.  I'm basically here to learn about beekeeping, and other like-minded activities. 
I make mead, and learned about this place from a mead forum. 
I'm excited to find out what's required to take it to the next step! 

Now, on to the reading part!

Have you looked for a local beekeeping club? Many now have mentoring program for those starting out.

Thanks!  I've been looking around for classes, but haven't found any in my area yet. 

Edit: I found where to add location.

Welcome to beemaster. Have a look around and if you have questions try the search feature first, chances are it's been asked and answered. If not, ask. Someone is bound to offer help. Plenty of friendly folks here.
