Old colony relocated

I am justing getting into the hobby. I bought 3 established hives and have relocated them to my farm. Should I place a feeder for the hives due to the fact that they are in a new area?

If they have stores (if they are heavy) I wouldn't worry about it.  If they are light, I'd feed them.
