I've been thinking about this a bit lately.

I was keeping records a bit but mostly stopped. I do it by memory, and this is working fine for my 14 hives.

But I think the important things to keep track of are dates; swarm dates, white wax dates, drones, flowering dates, SHB, pollen, etc.
