Where in the world is harvesting time in mid-August?

I have two weeks off, and want to go somewhere new and meet some beekeepers who may do things differently.  No Iraq for me this summer.

I believe Frank Lagrant in Ware, MA harvests early - mid august.  www.lagrantshoneybees.com

My largest harvest last year was 8/13.  (I pulled supers throughout the season.)  Can't say for sure when it will be this year, though.
