OK guy's

I have hive two finally up to maximum strenght with only two frames to draw out. I went to look at them which i do every day and when i got close i heard a loud roaring noise and in front of hive two theywere pouring out like a swarm so i sat and i waited but they went back into the hive so i checked them and thats when i saw only two fromes left and one of them were half drawn. Should i add a super or wait till the middle of the week and put it on.

I would check for queen cells, and the amount of brood being laid. (in the cells :D ).  When the bees occupy that many frames its a good idea to add a super, and take it from me don't add a queen excluder, I learned the hard way....

The general rule of thumb (Rules of Thumb are rife with exceptions) is to add a super when it is 80-90% full.  Take this to mean 80% drawn comb and 90% bees.  A box that is full of both bees and comb is over crowded.  Adding room before it is needed tells the bees they still have work to do--conversely, waiting too long tells them they've maxed out their space and it's time to swarm.
When it doubt super early--you will experience less swarming as a result.  Providing sufficient room in a timely manner is one of the best swarm management tools you have access to.
