Does it really matter when adding a new box of foundation if it goes over the brood nest or under it? Also when feeding 1:1 sugar water to encourage the making of foundation can you over feed them to where the brood nest becomes conjested to where brood rearing slows down? This is my first year and my package will be arriving the week of4/18/07. Thanks

Over is easier as you don't have to lift a box.  Otherwise it does not matter.
