I have one queen which seem to be a little bit damaged on the adbomen and also moves in a weird way, but she is still a great egg layer -this colony has recently began to raise again a lot of drones (my other colonies almost ceased to raise drones), there are mostly uncapped drone brood cells

could be a sign the bees will supercede the damaged queen shortly ? or might be a late (overcrowding) swarm ?

-the colony is rather  strong in 3 deeps ( it was started in April from a 7 frame nuc), but it doesn't look like they are overcrowded

thank you for any suggestion

It's probably a sign that it's that time of year.  There's a flow and they can afford the resources to rear them and it's early enough they could still swarm, so they want to keep some drones around.

A supersedure cell would be a sigh they will be replacing her...
