Please post some opinions on the best way to clean out the frames after honey has been extracted. Thanks in advance

Put them back in a super, and put them over the inner cover on a hive.  The bees will quickly clean them up for you.

golfspycos way is good, but I do not use that because at autums bees starts robbing. I exract my honey so late that I put boxes to the winter store and give them back next summer.

I have executed my winter feeding mut half of my honey needs extraction.
