Remote Feeder

Hey All,

I want to set up a remote feeder.  How far from the beeyard should I put it ??

what were you thinking of using for a feeder?

BMAC,

I am thinking of using a 1/2 gal or 1 gal inverted jar.

Ditto, if you locate it near flowering plants the bees will work it as it were a plant and there should be no robbing.  I do it quite often in the fall as it's much easier to bulk feed all the hives at once than feed each individually.
