How do you like the goldenrod honey? It is just starting to bloom here. I usually leave it for the bees. It stinks.

I love the Goldenrod!!  I think it was my best source of nectar.  I does have a strong aroma but tastes great.  Pics of it in a jar later.  Thanks all!!

Wow, nice...

My bees are taking in Goldenrod too...mine looks several shades darker, but man does it stink.  I am letting them build up as much as possible and then divide it evenly between hives and get them set for winter.
