deep nuc super to draw comb ?

I have 3  10 frame hives and 1 nuc. I want to eventually keep 2 nucs.
I put a med nuc super on my nuc, but was wondering if I put a deep nuc super on it
instead of a med would the comb they draw from foundation  for honey be too large of cells ? Honey cells are larger than worker brood cells ? If the cells would be bigger I assume that I could use it in the future for outer frames in a nuc or normal 10 frame deep ?
