I think we should all pool our creative genius and collectively write a Redneck Christmas Poem.  You can contribute as many lines as you like but I'm in charge of restructuring the lines into a logical cohesive final poem.  Not all of the lines may be included...remember it has to be logical but I'm hoping form some hilarity alone the way to grandma's house.

Here's a few lines to get us started and to thinkin':

Raccoon's and 'possums play in the frosty hollows

A still on the hill spills Christmas corn squeezin's

Beauregard stands guard asleep at the hearth.

Let's have some fun and display the Christmas spirit.

Life is a school.  What have you learned?   :brian:      The greatest danger to our society is apathy, vote in every election!

annette

The truck in the carport, so sad that she left me
But mistletoe hangs over the next blonde bimbo - my cousin
Arise arise to a new set of babies come next Christmas Eve.

Come on folks, one verse or half a dozen, just rip off a few and see what we come up with.

We can even do such things as editing:

The Misletoe hangs over the truck in the carport

or

Arise, arise to set new set of blonde bimbos
Life is a school.  What have you learned?   :brian:      The greatest danger to our society is apathy, vote in every election!
