Transferring bees from wall to hive

I found a nest of bees in a shed on our farm last June.  I had someone come and get them but he left several and the nest grew larger.  I decided to protect the nest through winter and try to put them in a hive I acquired this winter.  I am going to try to do this soon I just need some advice on how to go about it.  If I find the queen and get her in the hive with some brood filled comb I put in some frames will she stay and the rest of the bees find her in their new home or will she try to leave to get back to her nest.  Also what arrangement of hive bodies should I use. 

I would probably just buy mail order bees to start but I would like to save these.

 there is a section on here called honeybee removal.  we post our cutouts (what you'd be doing), ideas, equipment, pictures, etc.  you'll probably find tons of info in there, and that will give you a start on asking specific questions about what you don't understand.  in general, a cutout (removal) from an outbuilding wall, is one of the easiest....but there sure are exceptions.  more info about what you are facing along with some pictures will help.
