I have been rotating feeding from inside the hive to outside the hive. One way one week the other way the next week. Does anyone see any problem with this?

I try to feed about 100 yards away from my hives, but 3 days ago it did cause robbing of one hive.  I think the screened BB did not help matters.  The robbers originally smelled the honey through the SBB because they were bumping up against it and crawling all over it.  I had my entrance closed way down too.  I have 6 hives, less hives may not be a problem.  I try to feed inside now.  Mann Lake has a cool little plastic insert that goes into a med. box.  I want to get a couple.
