How many flights made in one day ??

Just kind of curious, my bees started going out at 7 AM or so and are still coming back at 8:30 PM almost a 14 hour day. How many flights out of the hive would a bee make on an "average" day??

How far are they going ,1000 ft or 1.5 miles ?

Lets say average is 300 yards, 3 football fields in length.

Well it's going to take someone a lot smarter then me to figure it out but they won't be hard to find. :)
