Feeder problems

I need serious help. My girls had a rough year and don't have much honey stored. So, I need to feed them. Now. I dug up the hive top feeder, only to find it covered in mildew (on the inside, the floats, and on the bottom), and the bottom wood (closest to the hive) has warped, giving it a wrinkled look. I want to feed them asap, but I don't know how to get rid of the mildew. I doubt I can fix the warped wood. Please, someone help me!

As long as it still fits and works, I wouldn't worry about the warping at the moment. It can be something you are concerned about over the winter.

Regarding the mildew, clean it out with a solution of 1 cup of bleach to a gallon of water. It should be just fine.

Will the bottom be okay? I don't want the bees to be affected by touching the mildew. I'll try it. But, I tried it once and it only cleaned the sides for two or three days. But, I'll see what happens

You can treat with bleach if it makes you feel better.  I don't think the bees will care.  Mildew won't hurt them.

If they don't like the mildew, they will take care of it. Actually, I'm sure they will take care of it.
