Any baker's supply business can supply you with bulk sugar.
Only God can make these two things.....Blood and Honey!

Ask your local moonshiner where he buys his sugar.    :-D

I don't know how much you may need, but I asked around at different stores.  And one would give me a pretty good price on 4 or 5 pound bags if I got at least 10 bags at a time.  Good luck to you

Safeway sell 3 kg for $2.97 for Australian no name brand white sugar. That's $1 a kilo so I'm struggling to find it cheaper anywhere else!

$1 a kilo sure is value.
Sometimes the convenience of 3kg separate bags is worth getting, as 20 kg bags can be bought from places like sugar mills or bakeries, but need to be closed properly afterwards.

Shopping around is a big plus, and that fact that it is no name brand doesn't mean it is not sugar! Sugar is sugar at end of the day!

Woolworths/Safeway homebrand is still marked Australian sugar, when I was in Coles last I picked up their cheap sugar line and it said it was made from imported and local ingredients, so I'm guessing the paper is Australian and the sugar is Brazilian or elsewhere. Try to buy Australian if you can.

Yes I agree, buying Australian produced sugar is important for quality and especially how my city of Mackay is the sugar capital of the world.
I was just stating that if one was to go towards the budget side of things, especially when used for livestock feed, the option is there.

Buy Australian made and support an industry that supports sustainable and relatively ecofriendly farming practices.

I saw that the other day as well.
80 cents a kilo is good value for Australian sugar.
