One hive has been queenless for about 2 weeks.
I received a queen and put her in a queen introduction cage yesterday.

How long should I keep the queen in the frame/cage?

I would wait 3-4 days and see if they have accepted her. This is easily done by gently brushing the bees off the cage with your finger. If they are still holding on very tightly and biting at it you will need to wait a couple more days. It my be a little tougher to tell since you are using an introduction frame. Once she has been accepted I directly release her.

I have had excellent success with this method!
