I am looking at my hive today just as I normally do.

then I see a different bee. can you identify this one?

all my girls have color shadings at the front of them.

this one didn't have any shading solid jet black. at the entire front,

other than that looked mostly the same as the others, her backside was darker though.

any comments welcome

You just have a rainbow coalition!  I have a queen with small hour glass markings on the sides of her abdomen.  I have some bees that are more red than yellow.  An occaisional black bee and more than occaisional blonde bee.  Mutts and I think most are, can be any color.

Jay,
Keep in mind, unless you have an artificially inseminated queen even then they use a lot of drone seaman mixed together, your queen mated with as many drones as she could on her maiden flights. Normally about 20 drones but can bee as much as 60.
Having different bees is a very good thing. It's helping our bees survive everything we have thrown at them.
