I was wondering if it is possible to vacuum possible vacuum seal comb honey.  I was thinking if I froze the square first and then seal it.

ZI have not tried it but most honeycomb has air in the comb and the vacuum may cause problems. Often times the honey also has air bubbles in it. Give it a try and see what happens. Let us know how it works out.

The main thing is to have it reasonably well sealed.  It doesn't need a vacuum.  After it's sealed, freeze it to kill any wax moth eggs.

I like the looks of that. A really nice way to produce comb honey.

I don't do facebook so I didn't get all the info.

When we dehydrate apples and put them in a freezer bag (because it's thicker) we stick a straw in as far as possible at the corner. We suck the air out while we slowly pull the straw up to the top. Then we seal as the straw is coming out. Works great on zip lock bags.
