Brrr and happy February folks!  Just ordered my hives from fellow Georgians at Rossman's (keeping it local!) and still on the hunt for my nucs. I've been looking around on the web - reading posts your posts here and elsewhere, trying to memorize The Backyard Beekeeper and waiting for my pre-order of the new edition of Beekeeping for Dummies to arrive.  I suppose I'll be like one of Santa's elves in a week or so putting my new hives together - yep, it'll be like Christmas (only this was my bd present)!! My mentor from the county extension office is going to be letting me look over his shoulder, so I am psyched to get going. Thanks for beeing there!
