Ok so I got the bees. I used a bee vac I don't know if I got the queen. So I put a frame of brood in with the new bees. Is that okay? Or should I do something else?

It will be OK if the frame has young, less than 5 days old, brood on it that they can make a queen from. I say 5 days old because it will take some time before they get organized enough to make a queen if she did not survive. If you saw eggs, you're good.
