It is not that they have not read it, it is that they do not like what it says.

Also interesting to me is the number of them that say "this is what they meant" and it does not agree with what was written. One only needs to look up the use of the words of their time, not what the present use or 'interpreted' use is today, to understand the Constitution.

Not only that, we have documentation of many of the discussions of the time that clarify what they meant in much detail.
