Brood pattern.

Just wanted to share this picture. I've seen a solid brood pattern before, but this was solid top to bottom left to right!

Can anyone say swarm? 1 frame of brood = 3 frames of bees.
When the law no longer protects you from the corrupt, but protects the corrupt from you - then you know your nation is doomed.

That is one good laying queen. The only problem is that with mites I would expect to see a lot more empty cells the the bees have removed the larvae because they smelled mites or any other problem with the larvae.
How is your mite load?

Last time I treated was 2 years ago. I try to keep them strong and split at least once a year to break cycle. Not sure of the mite load, don't check.
