I believe that my bees are mainly on clover right now. I don't have any clover right now on my property but up the road, about a mile, there is a nice stand of crimson clover. What I do have in an abundance of wild blackberry bushes. The bees seem to be really really active.

If you have blackberries on your land then you will have a crop of blackberries.  Bees turn weeds into crops.

My bees are still locked in a shed lol. Maples haven?t even bloomed yet.
Keeping bees since 2011.

Also please excuse the typos.  My iPad autocorrect can be brutal.

Mine are still feeding on last years honey, and when the temp comes up enough they are working my bird  feeder.

What do the bees feed on up there when it warms up?

I have clover all over my yard. It really bloomed out right after BeeFest. Makes the yard smell really nice. I only see a couple of bees on it in the evening.
The bees are working the blackberries. We have twice as many as we usually have.

In N. Arkansas, end of March, my bee are on the Red Bud and wild plum trees which are in full bloom.   Dogwood just started buds.  Clover soon, I?d guess another 2-3 weeks before blackberries flower depending on temps.

Our Spring flow is in full swing right now.  They're out gathering nectar and yellow pollen  from  the
wild mustard.  I still give them my homemade patty subs just in case they cannot forage because of
the rains.   Lots of pollen in the bottom box to keep the hives going for awhile.

The first things I see go up here are the dandelions, the maples and willow trees.

Saw my bees on Holly and Blackberry this morning.

Skunk cabbage, alder catkins, and some other unidentified dark gold and buff white pollen sources. Also saw the first sign of maple pollen (dark blue-black). Alecost and celandine just  starting to bloom, along with bush willow.

In the evenings my bees start visiting the clovers but only in the evenings.
