Entrance reducer with VarroxSan?

I can't find anything in the documentation, but am I correct in assuming you should NOT have a reducer in place with VarroxSan?

It works by contact not fumes, so it doesn't matter if the entrance is reduced or not.
Everyone loves a worker.... until its laying.
