what are the characteristics of sugar water honey?

Scadsobees

If it is pure sugar water "honey", it will taste(and look) like thick sugar water.

If it is mixed with honey (more likely) it will be really mild honey(very lightly colored) without too much honey taste.

If you have only a little sugar syrup (ratio) in there, you probably won't be able to tell much difference.
