Newbee in New Mexico

I hived a swarm that appeared in an old birdhouse about two months ago.

Free bees!

I just added a second brood box and the bees are doing very well so far with much help and direction from the president of the bee association here in NM.

This forum looks like a great place to get additional assistance as a "newbee"!

I plan to join the Bee Assoc. and get properly trained in the next few months.
