Hi. All the best for 2007 to everyone. I have 20 colonies and have noticed dead bees around the colonies for a couple weeks now. Not a lot would be less than say 40 and i usually visit once a week. I know that they have a life span of 5 -6 weeks so shouldn't i see more?

Michael Bush

The bees haul the dead a ways from the hive during the flying season.  You usually don't see them because they fall down in the undergrowth.
