I  all not only am i into bees but also a avid ebayer.  Of course I do more buying than selling LOL.  Anyway I always check the beekeeping categories   to see what on there, and everyday I have notice more and more beekeeping supplies.  Which is cool, but now there are selling bees on there, you can purchase your 3lb packages of Russian or  Italian bees for 2007.  What are your thoughts on this, i will purchase my bees from them because the seller is only 45 minutes away from me

It is Simpsons bee Supply that is selling them.  I don't see it as any differant than buying them through the website, except that on eBay he lists the 3lb Italian Package as $69.  I got a price of $65 by emailing him.  Its just another commerce point for them, with a wider audience.  They are not for auction, they have a set price.

add $16.00 usd for shipping

I have bought so much else on ebay I wouldn't have a problem buying them from a reputable dealer. But I have never bought bees only a few queens. I always catch my bees.

Their policy has alot of exceptions to it, but I don't see bees listed specifically.   They do specifically state that some fish and snails are allowed.

Same seller as last year. Honest guy, shipped very quickly. I got the Russians. 1 hive the queen died and I had laying workers. I shook out the hive. 2nd hive dwindled to about 5 frames and is now reduced to nuc size, but is still alive. 3rd hive is going strong, as of a few weeks ago.
