It wasn't all that long, just 8 min 15 sec, I thought it was pretty good, although I wish he'd cleaned the lens off before he started - did anyone else notice the smudge in the center/lower left hand side? I did, mainly because I've got a bunch of bee pictures with the same thing! The humid air in Atlanta mixed with the cold lens of my camera (from being in the car trunk). I took quite a few before I noticed it.

The one thing I would mention when collecting swarms is this, Be gentle as you can, if you can cut the branch they are on and lower the swarm in a box or whatever you choose, you don't rile them up as much. Swarm catching is in most cases about good timing. You never know when that swarm is gonna leave. If you push them too much and they were nearly ready to go anyway your rough handling could be the impetus they need to go to that new home they picked out.
