I was just wondering if these are good honeybee trees.  I've planted some fruit trees for the bees and was thinking of planting some of these and maybe some black locusts.  I have one at the edge of our property and It always blooms like mad around mid summer.  I've heard they were good trees for the honeybee somewhere, but I can't remember where. The only think I don't like about both the mimosa and black locust is given the chance they'll both spread like crazy and are hard to kill, but I figure what the heck the mower can keep them in check.  Here's a link to a picture.

I have heard that Golden Rain trees are very good for bees.  Planted 2 this spring, frost got one and the other is doing OK, will probabaly be a couple of years before it does anything for the bees. Holly is excellent also.
