Honey Contest!

If anybody gets the "Catch The Buzz" email from Kim Flottum with Bee Culture did you read it?...About "The Great American Honey Hunt"?
Well, anyways, anybody who has bees can send a Lb. of honey to this place and they're gonna judge it! there will be different classes of honey too, like Small, medium, and large producers!
I dont know what the prizes are, but I would be happy with a letter of appreciation stating that i participated!

I dont have any great honey right now...What i do have is partially granulated and cloudy....I'm planning on having some good mesquite and wildflower honey by Memorial day for sure!
