Well that wasn't so bad, I have both installed with inside jar feeders, one package was nicely mannered, the other well not so nice, there was a little bit of attempted , lets get that guy,  but I do admit I crushed one or two, and they got upset. The other one was real calm about it. even after I banged them a bit by accident. But it went way smooth. Lots easier than I expected. I'm laughin at my nervousness before. Didn't reallize it would be so easy.

Hey Man, you gonna keep those bees and tend to 'em? You're probably gonna get stung and all, ya know, you Mustbeenuts!!! Had to say it, love your user name! Glad you got your bees and like the color of your hives.

I only have my hives on one cement block on each side will this matter?

MustbeeNuts

If you have coons or skunks they have to stand on ther hind legs to get to the bees, it also opens there stomach to be stung, im sure thats pretty sensitive ,, they don't like to do that so the higher up the better, I heard 18 inches, but then again they can be on pallets on the ground or what ever. just what you feel comfortable with im sure. then again im a newbee. what do I know.  :?

This is what I have on all of mine.  Personally, I wouldn't stack two on top of each other.  If you had a chance to see my posts from March (if I recall the time frame correctly), I even had single cinder blocks topple two of my hives.

Here's the link to the thread on what happened.  http://forum.beemaster.com/index.php?topic=13611.msg98341#msg98341
