SWEET!!! (pun intended  :-D)  I'm sure it tastes as good as it looks!  Looks like a touch of linden (basswood), mmmmm.

Just a tip, you can see how fast it crystallizes, but if it is as fast as mine and you don't use them for more than a few weeks, now is a good time to pop them into the freezer and just take them out when you need them.  That will stop crystallization temporarily and keep the jarred honey from getting cloudy.

We had a black locust crop that looked like that and boy what a taste. You did a great job this year!!!!!!
