super looks like vegtable oil, maybe closer to olive oil, it taste great but we have never got it this light color, could it be honey made from the locust trees?

Scadsobees

Could be locust.  Or it could be linden, clover, or knapweed.

About the only way to tell is to find out what is growing in your area, and when.  Color is only a small part of identification. Times of blossoms and honey flow, primary forage, and flavor are probably going to give you a better idea.

But regardless, nothing tastes better than fresh homegrown wildflower honey!!!
