Does anyone know what the moisture content is supposed to be for dehydrating uncapped frames of honey?
I think it's 15 to18% but I don't remember.-------hawk

If your trying to get it to a point where it will not ferment, than about anything less than 19%. I'm not sure the highest "safe" moisture content, but I know once you hit 18 or 19, that is standard for most honey. 15% is way overboard unless you want really thick honey.
