Once again your humble beekeeper is dealing with the blind leading the blind.
From what I posted on the YouTube page:

At the 2009 Naturescaping event I got into a discussion with a woman about CCD.

CCD or Colony Collapse Disorder is the latest buzzword bingo term for what is happening to bees. As to whether CCD is even a real disorder is subject to debate. However the supposed symptoms are laid out pretty clearly.

The hive has it population take a downturn over weeks. Don't believe me? Fine read it for yourself.

CCD does not take place over a few days. I really tried to indulge this woman but and even tried to side with her but this is where you have a person who feel they are an authority and in reality they are clueless and the people they get information from are clueless.

Not an hour later I gave a presentation at the end of the presentation I had to explain to another woman who still believes that cell phone towers were the source of CCD.

From what she is saying I am guessing her hive swarmed multiple times until there were not enough left behind to sustain the hive.

 The hive is hatching??? I think that was the first time she had ever seen a bee that wasn't on a flower in her front yard.
She reminds me of a lady I over heard while eating dinner one night with my dad. We were at a steak house and there were 2 couples seated behind us that were conversing rather loudly. They were discussing the northern lights. One lady said you could see them better the farther north you went because you were closer to the sky. I about choked on my steak. I wanted to turn and ask if  that meant you had to crawl on the north pole so your head was not above the atmosphere.
