How is the flow this year, folks?

In Austin, we had a strong honeyflow the 1st week of May, then little.  Still drought conditions, but a few important rainstorms bring blooms.

Here around Ft. Worth the Messquite trees are in full bloom. The bees are busy as can be. I hope it continues for a few weeks.

We had our mesquite bloom early, then a big storm dropped rain so mesquite stopped. A old beek here says we should have another mesquite flow next month.
