I know that for drone it's time to say good by will come soon.What mean thi photo I made 2 days ago ?

they kind of herd the drones out the door and then make sure they don't come back in.  i have watched them push the same drone out more than once as it tries to go back home.  it's kind of sad to watch :-(.
they are doing the same here.
