Need to start feeding -- Ratio?

My girls are bringing in nothing at all right now, and they've eaten most of their supplies.  So I'm going to start feeding them.  Should I use 2:1 or 1:1 at this point?

2:1 They can dry it out faster = less moister in the hive over winter
