Shaken Swarm Box cell starter/builder

My club is rearing queen cells for it's members.

Question:

How smart is it to let the swarm box finish the cells too?

When should I let the bees fly?

In the six frame nuke we put in about 6 lbs of bees, frame of nectar and pollen, a frame of nectar and capped honey, and a frame feeder with 1/2 gallon of water and 45 cups.

The cool thing is that my storage room smelled like a candy factory, as I assumed they were thinning the honey with the water.

It has been 24 hours since I grafted.
