Currently I am nursing a serious ankle injury. I have been in a "non-weight-bearing" mode on my right leg for three weeks so far...looking at another three weeks of the same. Seeing I was very concerned about what's going on inside a few of my hives and understanding that in my current condition I am unable to do inspections, my lovely bride volunteered to help do the inspections. With her petite 5'2" frame she hefted those deep hive bodies around while I watched helplessly from under my veil. They were still heavy with honey too. She's amazing and I am quite proud of her!

Oh yeah, and the bees are in great shape too.
