I took a super off of my 2nd year hive and go about 30 lbs of honey... Lightly colored and MUCH MUCH sweeter than the fall honey of last year,    is this normal to have very sweet honey in the spring and not so sweet in the fall?

Different flowers produce different tasting honey, not all flowers bloom in the spring.

those hot bees will have you steppin and a fetchin like your heads on fire and your keister is a catchin!!!

Bees will be bees and do as they please!

I don't care much for fall goldenrod honey.  I guess it is the smell of them making it, but it is still sweet.
