Congrats! Hey, I was also told that a honeybee's diet can really influence the taste of the honey... I wish I were a real beekeeper because I'm a bit of a gourmand! I love gourmet cooking and home grow my herbs. I hear that heather honey is real tasty, and rose honey has its own distinct taste, and even lavender can influence honey taste and I've got a whole potpourri of flavors going in my garden. The only thing I lack is the borage which is also supposed to make honey delicious. If borage matched my garden, you bet I would have grown it, lol! Hopefully my garden is making some beekeeper happy, lol!

I love the taste of honey...I also eat a ton of Haagen Daz ice cream bars because they donate to universities who do bee research....

Yum, yum, yum! Thank you for bringing up your happy news with your first batch of honey. Makes me as hungry as a bear now, hahaha!

About time! Just kidding.  Congrats!  First jars the hardest.  The rest are easy.

That feels Pretty Good....

And in how many years do you get to turn a profit?     I know my spending has out pace selling for the last 10 years.   Every single year.
