release owner of liability (help)

Hi!
My question is, are there any forms that Beeks use to release the owner of a property from the  liability of someone being injured by bees on their property?

I ask this because I may have the opportunity to set hives on government owned land, but the authorities in charge don't want the liability.

Well, I just can't figure how someone could go about proving that is was a bee from one of YOUR hives that was the one doing the stinging.  I'd like to see that come up in court.

As much as we might like to think they are, trials are NOT about proving facts as much as they are about convincing a jury. Often it's more emotional than factual. The average person on the street doesn't like stinging insects, and it wouldn't be hard to convince a jury comprised of such people that it's negligent to have boxes filled with ten of thousands of "angry, stinging bees" anywhere near the general public.
