Hello all!

Wanted to make a post so that I didn't have to worry about my account getting deleted. I've been part of other bee forums but wanted to join and enjoy the community here. I am a first year beekeeper with two (or three?) hives of Russians from a member of the RBA. I housed them from nucs and we grew from there. Recently, one hive superceded the queen, so I split the host hive and requeened the (smaller) split for the best chance of success. I'm patiently waiting to check for eggs in either hive-- from either the "homebrew" queen or the mated queen.

Here's to learning and teaching as I go along!  ;)
2 hives of Revis Russians, 26 stings, and 1 season of experience!
