On the dead hive thread running at the moment, Iddee says fermented honey will not harm bees?  So if I have some fermented frames at some point I could put them in a hive or set them out so the bees could clean them up with relatively little risk?  I could swear other beeks have stated that fermented honey will kill bees.

Don't feed it to the in the winter.   Wait until warm spring.   It will give them dysentery bad.    If you have some, just trade it off for mead.
