uploading pictures

I tried to post some pictures of a cut out I did last week and the site says I have not had enough "posts" to upload pictures. Does anyone know how may comments and posts have to be made before you are allowed to post pictures and videos?

In time young padawan, until then just send the pics to one of the forum moderators and they will post them for you until then.
