Swarm / wax moth

I had a swarm move into a dead hive of mine, that had been infested w/ wax moth.  I opened it up to swap out some frames - but this is a big swarm, and they were pretty much covering all the frames, hard at work cleaning up things.  Should I let them clean it up?  Or should I plan on a day of brushing them off, and put in new frames?  Never had to deal w/ this before.  Thanks.

Let the bees clean it up.   They will do it better than you can.
